I finished the Brent Rinehart cartoon parody, named Conservatives Can't Spell, quite aptly. I also just sent it off to Queerty, so hopefully with any luck they will publish it for me. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

I'm planning on printing out a couple copies of it and sending one copy to Brent Rineharts's headquarters twice a week for the next month.

They're gonna hate me so much ... it has SO much swearing in it. It's fabulous.

OMG! the biggest news yet! we finally got fast internet! it's amazing how it's taken like seven years for us to finally get it. goodness. so now i can stream music and illegally download shit and whatnot. it's good fun.

tonight was the band's spring concert. my last band concert ever. we played rhapsody in blue, which was hella difficult. and i was sight reading it. welcome to the life of someone who's not in fifth hour and doesn't have time to practice, or the motivation.

what else?

i went to see the chronicles of narnia ii: prince caspian. it was pretty much awful. as michelle aptly put it: it was lotr lite. ninety percent of the major plot points were stolen from lord of the rings. bastards.

i'm glad i wasn't on that creative committee. i wouldn't want my name on it.

the only good thing were the vfx and the soundtrack.

okay, so funny story.

i was just chillin' in the front area between the two sets of doors at the epic center, waiting for mi madre to come pick me up. i was just sittin' there, staring off into space, and this group of people comes by [father mother, sister, brother] and are just talking. as they walk by me, they get strangely boisterous and start laughing. i don't pay any attention, and then just as they leave my line of sight, the father comes back and looks at me.

then he yells to his famfam, 'he blinked!'

i then laughed my ass off.

they thought i was a mannequin? wow. i'm honored. i guess that means i dress well and have a pretty face.

weird. i thought i looked like shit today, too.

strange how that happens.

just thought i'd share that moment of ass-laughing-off-dom.
